Recipe: Cheeseburger Nachos
Let's bring together two all-time drunk snackin' favorites!
1/2 bag tortilla chips (about 1/2 pound)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup
Char-Grilled Cheeseburger Popcorn Seasoning
1/4 cup milk OR beer
1 fully-cooked hamburger patty (see Notes, below)
1 sm. tomato, cored, chopped (about 1/4 - 1/3 cup)
1/2 sm. onion, peeled, chopped (about 2 - 3 Tbls.)
a fork full of dill pickle slices, chopped (about 1 - 2 Tbls.)
1 Tbls.
bacon bits OR 2 strips of pre-cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
~ Spread tortilla chips onto a smaller cookie sheet or pizza pan. Toast lightly
in an oven or toaster oven on the broil setting just until the top edges start
to brown. Set aside.
~ With an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, popcorn seasoning,
milk/beer, and broken up hamburger patty until well blended. Heat up mixture in
the microwave at 1 minute intervals, stirring in between, until hot.
~ Drizzle cheeseburger dip over toasted chips. Sprinkle remaining ingredients
over the top of the nachos.
Note: To easily attain the fully cooked hamburger patty and pre-cooked bacon, I
recommend stopping in a drive through and getting a cheap bacon cheeseburger.

Recipe: Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
Tacky American cuisine at it's best. Not much of a sales pitch, sure, but we
both know this'll be one heck of a comfort food that your entire family will
love!
1 pound ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 cup
Char-Grilled Cheeseburger Popcorn Seasoning (divided)
10.75 oz. can cream of mushrooms soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 a bag of frozen tater tots (about 1 pound)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
~ In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is cooked
through, making sure to break up the beef into small pieces. Drain off excess
fat. Stir half the popcorn seasoning into the meat and onions and then spread
evenly into a 2-quart casserole dish.
~ Whisk together soup and milk. Pour soup mixture evenly over the beef mixture.
~ Dump the tater tots into a gallon-size zip-top bag. Pour remaining popcorn
seasoning into the bag. Blow into the bag to inflate and then quickly seal the
bag shut. Shake to coat tots with seasoning. Spread the tater tots evenly over
the beef mixture in the casserole dish.
~ Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the tots.
~ Bake casserole in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is bubbly
and slightly browned.
