Product Details: Beer powder is concentrated beer spray-dried with maltodextrin. It's the perfect way to add beer flavor to seasoning blends, dry mixes, batters, breadings, marinades, sauces, soups, dips, and breads. Works best in conjunction with other flavors, such as Cheddar Powder or Seasoned Salt. Fine powder consistency. Shelf-stable; no refrigeration required.

Our Spice Jar (containing 1.59 ounces / 45 grams of product) is clear plastic with a black cap featuring a removable safety seal and two flip-top openings, one large enough for a measuring spoon and the other with sprinkle holes.

Ingredients: maltodextrin, beer (malted barley, corn syrup, hops, yeast). Contains gluten. Packaged in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, soy, egg, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts. May contain bioengineered ingredient(s).
