Product Details: A Cayenne is a dried capsicum pepper and is one of the most pungent varieties of chile. Makes a good all-purpose chili pepper for adding heat to any dish. We like it in salsa, chili, soups, stews, dips, and mixed into rubs for meat, poultry and seafood.
Our Spice Jar (containing 2.12 ounces / 60 grams of product) is clear plastic with a black cap featuring a removable safety seal and two flip-top openings, one large enough for a measuring spoon and the other with sprinkle holes.

Recipe: Cayenne Cracker Bombs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 packet Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1 tsp. Ground Cayenne Chili Pepper
1 tsp. onion powder OR granulated onion
1 tsp. garlic powder OR granulated garlic
5 cups oyster crackers
~ In a large bowl stir together oil, Ranch Dressing Mix, cayenne, onion, and garlic.
~ Add oyster crackers to bowl and toss to coat.
~ Spread crackers evenly on a baking sheet.
~ Bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring gently halfway through cooking time.
~ Allow to cool completely before serving.
~ Store in an airtight container.
