Recipe: Classic Cole Slaw
Everyone's favorite simple side to accompany anything from burgers to fried chicken.
1 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream OR half-and-half OR milk
1/4 cup vinegar powder OR 3 Tbls. vinegar
3 Tbls. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground celery seeds
1 pound bag cole slaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrot
~ Measure all ingredients, except the cole slaw mix, into a large bowl then whisk until smooth.
~ Add cole slaw mix and fold to coat evenly.
~ Cover and chill until ready to serve.
