Recipe: Green Goddess Veggie Dip
Green is good when it comes to this classic and classy dip.
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. parsley
powder
2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon
2 tsp. lemon
juice powder OR 1 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp.
dried minced garlic OR 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 anchovy fillets OR 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbls. dried chives
OR 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
salt and
black pepper, to taste
~ In a blender or food processor, process all
ingredients except chives, salt and pepper until smooth.
~ Fold in chives by hand. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
~ Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
