2 Tbls. butter or margarine or oil
2 Lbs. potatoes - scrubbed well or peeled and sliced thinly

~ In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onions in butter until translucent..
~ Spread potatoes evenly into the skillet, sprinkle with all of the Steakhouse Seasoning, and pour in water.
