Cute little cherry tomato halves stuffed with a creamy BLT filling and served
atop lettuce leaves.
1 pint container cherry tomatoes
1 pkt. (1/4 cup) BLT Dip &
Spread Mix, prepared as directed for spread
whole bibb lettuce - rinsed
-Halve cherry tomatoes. Using a melon baller, scoop out seed centers.
-Dip the melon baller in water and use it to get a scoop the prepared B.L.T.
spread. Place scoop into the center of a tomato half. Repeat with all tomato
halves.
-Arrange filled tomatoes on lettuce leaves.
-Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Spread Mix, prepared as directed for spread
cherry tomatoes, quartered lengthwise
-Spoon approx. 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. BLT Spread into the palm of your hand; roll into a ball; place into a phyllo shell; repeat until all shells are filled.
-Arrange a cherry tomato quarter on the top of each stuffed shell, with the skin side up.
-Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
