flavor more pronounced without adding too much heat. Cumin, onion, and garlic
powders create a more complex flavor.

Popcorn Seasoning Suggested Usage: Pop 1/4 cup popcorn kernels in 1/4 cup oil, then immediately toss with 1/4 cup seasoning. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Recipe: Cheesy Chicken Chili Wontons
Creamy cheese and chili filling with chicken in a crispy fried won ton.

1/4 cup
Cheddar Jalapeno Popcorn Seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
6 oz. can (or 3/4
cup) chicken, drained
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten
oil for frying
~ With an electric mixer on low, beat together Popcorn Seasoning, cream cheese, and milk until smooth. Stir in chicken.
~ Place a scant Tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
~ Brush egg on the edges of the wrappers, fold over in a triangle shape, and
press to seal edges.
~ Place filled wontons in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with waxed
paper. Freeze wontons completely (takes approx. 1 hour).
~ Deep-fry wontons in 375 degree oil, turning once, until golden brown. Drain on
cooling racks or paper towels.
