1 large onion - peeled and sliced
2 Tbls. butter or margarine or oil
2 Lbs. potatoes - scrubbed well or peeled and sliced thinly
1 Tbls. Chicago Steakhouse Seasoning
1 3/4 cups water
~ In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onions in butter until translucent..
~ Spread potatoes evenly into the skillet, sprinkle with all of the Steakhouse Seasoning, and pour in water.
~ Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until potatoes are tender and liquid has thickened, approx. 30 minutes.
