Recipe: Dijon Chicken Cheeseball
Bold Dijon mustard and chicken in a creamy, herbed cheese ball makes a delicious spread for crackers that'll boast a bit of class.
1/4 cup Dijon Herb Popcorn Seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
5 oz. can of chicken breast meat, drained or 1/2 cup grilled, chopped chicken breast
2 Tbls. milk
1/4 cup chopped pecans OR chopped fresh parsley
~ With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together popcorn seasoning, cream cheese, chicken, and milk until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
~ Roll the mixture into a ball and then roll the ball in the nuts or parsley, coating evenly.
~ Chill for 1-2 hours to allow the ball to firm up.
