Low Sodium Baked Crispy-Skinned Chicken Wings
You really can get crispy wings without a deep fryer!
Prep. Time: 0:45
Serves: 4 - 6
2 Lbs. chicken wing segments
1/4 cup
No Salt Grilling Seasoning
2 Tbls. olive oil OR canola oil
non-stick cooking spray OR vegetable oil
~ Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Drop in chicken and boil
for 8 minutes.
~ In the meantime, place Grilling Seasoning into a bowl; set aside.
~ Remove chicken from water and place on a cooling rack to drain, then pat dry
with paper towels.
~ Brush wings with oil and then press into Grilling Seasoning to coat on all
sides.
~ Grease a cookie sheet and place the chicken in a single layer on the pan.
~ Bake in a 450 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (depending on size of your wings),
turn once, and then bake an additional 5 minutes.

Recipe: Beer Can Chicken (a.k.a. Beer Butt Chicken)
12 oz. can of beer
vegetable oil OR olive oil OR melted butter - as needed
1 whole roasting chicken
No Salt Grilling Seasoning - as needed
-Pour about 1/4 of the can of beer into a 9" X 9" X 2" baking pan; set aside.
-Brush beer can with oil/butter; set aside.
-Brush chicken with oil/butter, then coat generously with seasoning.
-Slide the chicken over the beer can so the can is inside the cavity of the bird.
-Place the chicken, with the beer can and bird upright, in the prepared pan and place the pan on the grate of a grill.
-Cover grill and cook chicken over low heat (indirect heat if using a charcoal grill) until juices run clear when pierced with a fork or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (1 -3 hours, depending on grill temperature).
