We like to create seasoning powders from popular food
flavors (i.e.
Beer Can Chicken,
Cinnamon Roll
Frosting,
Grilled
Cheeseburger,
Dill
Pickles). I think peanut butter and jelly is an American classic and
just had to recreate it in a powdered form. We've blended real peanut and
strawberry in a sweet, shakeable treat. Shake freshly-made donuts and churros in it, dip bananas into it, blend it into
a vanilla milk shake, and sprinkle it onto popcorn, pancakes, and French toast. Around here, we use it to make our protein shakes more palatable. Whisk into hot milk to make the most delicious alternative to hot chocolate you've ever tried!

Recipe: Homemade PB&J Donuts
Super-simple and classic recipe produces delicious donuts in a matter of
minutes.
1 can (7.5 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
vegetable oil, as needed for frying
1 jar
Peanut Butter & Jelly Powder (approx. 1 cup)
~ Separate the biscuit dough into 10 biscuits, flatten each between the palms of
your hands, and arrange in a single layer on waxed paper (or even on a clean
counter top). You can use a little cookie cutter or shot glass to cut a circle
out of the centers, but this is merely for aesthetic reasons. Set aside.
~ Pour PB&J Powder into a little brown paper bag or a small bowl. Set aside.
~ Heat oil in a deep skillet (or deep fryer) to 350 degrees.
~ Carefully drop biscuits, one at a time, into hot oil and fry until golden
brown, about 30 seconds.
~ Remove donuts from oil with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain for a
minute.
~ Place donuts in PB&J Powder; shake or stir around to coat completely.
~ Serve warm.
