Wholesale Case Info: One case consists of 24 packets of dip mix. Packets are heat sealed. Pricing is set up so that the more you buy at once, the lower your price. Quantities of 2 or more may be boxed together. There are 2 variables you must select:
- Chose your Packets:
- Black Packets: Made of 3 mil thick, glossy, black, metallized PET and measure 4.5" wide X 6.5" tall.
- Clear Packets: Made of 4 mil thick, clear PET and measure 4.25" wide X 6" tall. They feature a hang hold for display and tear notches for easy opening.
- Labels?
- Unlabeled Packets allow you to add your own labeling with your name and logo. We will include a standard label so that you have all the info you need to make your own.
- Labeled Packets will have our standard Firehouse Flavors label affixed to each packet.
- Private Labeling is in the works and coming soon.

Sicilian Dipping
Oil Mix + 1 Tbls.
Tomato Powder + 2 Tbls. Water + 1 cup Olive Oil
Recipe: Italian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
The easiest and fastest way to a traditional house dressing with Italian herbs and garlic.
2 Tbls. (1 pkt.) Sicilian Dipping Oil Mix, unprepared
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbls. water
3/4 cup oil (vegetable, canola, or olive)
~ In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together Dipping Oil Mix, vinegar, and water.
~ Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
~ Pour mixture into a blender, add oil, and blend for 15 seconds.
~ Pour into a bottle or cruet.
~ Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 month.
Suggested Additions: (Reduces shelf life to 1 week)
1 Tbls. anchovy paste
2 Tbls. Parmesan Cheese Powder or Romano Cheese Powder
1/2 tps. Dried Minced Garlic OR 2 cloves garlic, minced
Recipe: Sicilian Roast Potatoes
Quick and easy side dish blends the flavors of rosemary and garlic with red potatoes and Parmesan cheese. Makes the perfect accompaniment to roast chicken.
2 Tbls. (1 pkt.) Sicilian Dipping Oil Mix, unprepared
1/4 cup oil (vegetable, canola, or olive)
up to 2 pounds red / new potatoes, scrubbed clean, halved or quartered depending on size
grated Parmesan or Romano cheese, as needed, optional
~ Stir together Dipping Oil Mix and oil; set aside.
~ Place potatoes on a cookie sheet; drizzle with Sicilian oil and shake pan to coat.
~ Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan/Romano, if desired.
~ Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-25 minutes, until potatoes are tender. (Test tenderness by piercing with a fork.)
Recipe: Sicilian Salami Swizzle Sticks

1 Tbls. (1/2 pkt.) Sicilian Dipping Oil Mix, unprepared
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper (available in a jar at the grocery store)
1 lb. thin-sliced salami
1 bag pretzel rods
~ With an electric mixer, cream together Sicilian Mix and cream cheese until smooth and blended; gently stir in roasted peppers.
~ Spread a thin, even layer of mixture over slices of salami.
~ Wrap coated salami around the top half of the pretzel rods.
~ Chill until ready to serve.
