Product Details: Garlic that has been minced and then dehydrated has a stronger, "spicier" flavor than garlic powder and works especially well in wet applications. Add it to sauces, soups, stews, chili, meatloaf, meatballs, mashed potatoes, pasta dishes, and casseroles. Bake it into bread and bagels. Shelf-stable; no refrigeration required. Vegan.
