It only takes a few minutes to whip up this homemade savory snack bursting with flavor!
1/4 - 1/3 cup cup vegetable oil (see recipe)
2 Tbls.
lemon pepper seasoning
2 Tbls.
garlic pepper seasoning
1 package oyster crackers
~ For a 9 oz. package of crackers, use 1/4 cup oil and for a 12 oz. package use 1/3 cup oil.
~ In a medium bowl, stir together oil and seasonings. Gently fold in crackers until coated.
~ Spread crackers evenly onto a baking sheet.
~ Bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 10 minutes, stir, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
~ Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
