Product Details: Peanut flour is essentially ground up lightly-roasted
peanuts with some fat removed (that's why it's not pasty like peanut butter). As
a result, peanut powder is low in fat, high in protein, and perfect for baking
and adding to smoothies, sauces, and confections! There's no added sugar or salt
so you can make it into whatever you desire! Defatted to 28%.

dipping grilled chicken.
3 Tbls. water
2 Tbls. peanut
flour
1 tsp. soy
sauce powder OR 1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground
chili pepper
1/8 tsp. ground
ginger (optional)
~ Whisk together all ingredients.
~ Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well before serving.
Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
We make this at our house a few times a week, usually for breakfast. It's
like having a guilt-free milk shake (when you do it like we do in the Notes)!
1/2 cup milk, chocolate milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk
1 ripe banana, peeled (see Notes, below)
2 Tbls. peanut
flour
1 tsp. cocoa powder
2 packets of Splenda OR 2 tsp.
sugar
~ Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Notes: We always slice up and freeze our too-ripe bananas to use in this recipe.
That way, you get a milk shake rather than a smoothie. You can always add your
favorite protein powder, too!
