Product Details: Pop Glaze is a specially designed to sweeten, flavor, and color popcorn and be used in a popper or kettle while the popcorn is being popped. This maple variety produces a sweet, tan, glossy popcorn. Real maple sugar adds a rich, slightly caramelized flavor with subtle notes of vanilla and toffee. We use it in applications where a maple flavored sugar is required.
To make maple glazed popcorn: Use 2 parts popcorn kernels to 1 part Pop Glaze by weight.
