Vanilla powder is a great way to add vanilla flavor to
recipes without the flavor of alcohol or the brown color. Specifically, it's
perfect for uncooked foods (smoothies) and in white frostings and icings. Also
works well in dry mixes. As there are many strengths and types of liquid vanilla
flavorings, several tests may be needed before you arrive at your own perfect
ratio for substitution.
