Recipe: Tuxedo Brownies
Rich, intense chocolate brownies with sweet and creamy bits of white chocolaty bliss.
3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup melted butter OR margarine
1 Tbls. vanilla extract OR Vanilla Powder
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
~ In a large bowl, stir together sugar, butter, and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly mixed.
~ Sift together the flour, cocoa, and salt into a separate bowl. Gradually stir this mixture into the sugar mixture until combined.
~ Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
~ Spread the batter evenly into a greased 9" X 13" baking dish.
~ Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 - 40 minutes.
~ Cool brownies in the pan completely before cutting
