Popcorn Glaze, Banana

Product Details: Pop Glaze is a specially designed to sweeten, flavor, and color popcorn and be used in a popper or kettle while the popcorn is being popped. This banana variety produces a sweet, light yellow, glossy popcorn with a banana candy flavor. We use it in applications where a yellow banana flavored sugar is required.

To make banana glazed popcorn: Use 2 parts popcorn kernels to 1 part Pop Glaze by weight.

Ingredients: sugar, soy lecithin, natural & artificial flavors, FD&C yellow #5 lake. Contains soy. Packaged in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, soy, egg, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts. May contain bioengineered ingredients.
