To make a Creamy Dip, stir mix
with: 1 cup Sour Cream & 1 cup Real Mayonnaise
To make a Fresh Dip, stir mix with: 2
cups Sour Cream
To make a Low-Fat Dip, stir mix with: 2 cups Plain Non-Fat Yogurt or Lite Sour Cream
To make a Salad Dressing, whisk mix with: 1/2 cup Milk or Buttermilk & 1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
To make a Spread, beat mix with: 8 oz. softened cream cheese & 1/4 cup milk

Recipe: Easy Buffalo Ranch Mac & Cheese
There's an extra burst of flavor in this classic dish. Serve with chicken tenders and your family will love you!
8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 packet (1/4 cup) Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix, unprepared
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
~ Cook macaroni per directions on package to al dente. Drain but don't rinse.
~ In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flower and cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.
~ Slowly whisk in milk, and then Dip Mix. Cook, stirring often, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
~ Reduce heat to low and slowly whisk in cheese until fully incorporated and melted.
~ Turn off heat and stir in cooked pasta. Stir to coat.

Recipe: Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower Mash
Jazzed up mashed cauliflower is an awesome low carb, guilt-free side!
2 heads of cauliflower, stalk removed, cut into florets
1/4 cup cream cheese (reduced fat works well)
1 packet (1/4 cup) Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix, unprepared
~ Either steam or microwave cauliflower until tender.
~ Place half of the cauliflower in a food processor and process on high until chopped into tiny pieces. Add a handful of the remaining cauliflower at a time, pulsing in between additions, until all has been chopped.

Recipe: Mild Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Flavorful and easy stove top meatballs to serve as an appetizer or on a sandwich.
1 pound lean ground chicken
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 packet (1/4 cup) Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix, unprepared
2 Tbls. butter or margarine or oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
~ Knead together chicken, bread crumbs, egg, and Dip Mix. Roll into 1" balls.
~ In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Brown meatballs in
butter on all sides.
~ Add broth to skillet, cover, and simmer 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are
cooked through.
