To make a Warm Dip beat mix with: 8 oz. room temperature Cream Cheese & 1/3 cup Milk. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring half-way through.
To make a Cold Spread beat mix with: 8 oz. room temperature Cream Cheese & 1/3 cup milk. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Recipe: Easy Peasy Beer Mac 'n Cheese
The side dish made for a man! Tangy cheddar cheese, beer, onion, and cayenne
pepper in a creamy sauce perfect for pasta.
8 oz. box elbow macaroni
1 pkt. (1/3 cup) Cheddar Beer Dip Mix, prepared as directed for dip
~ In a 2-quart pot, boil macaroni in water as directed on the package.
~ Drain water from pan and return to low heat.
~ Stir prepared Cheddar Beer Spread into macaroni until all of the pasta is coated.

8 oz. box pasta
(spiral rotini, bow-ties, elbow macaroni, whatever is on sale)
12 oz. can
Spam, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 Tbls. butter or margarine
1 pkt. (1/3 cup) Cheddar Beer Dip Mix, prepared as directed for dip
~ In a
2-quart pot, boil pasta in water as directed on the package.
~ In the meantime, brown Spam and celery in butter/margarine in a skillet over
medium heat.
~ Drain water from cooked pasta, return to low heat, stir in
browned Spam, celery, and prepared Cheddar Beer Dip.

Recipe: Cheddar Bacon Horseradish Cheese Ball
Sweet tomato and tangy horseradish in a cheddar cheese cheeseball, coated
with bacon and chives. Does it get any better than this?! Serve with wheat crackers
for spreading.
1 pkt. (1/4 cup) Tomato
Horseradish Dip Mix, unprepared
1 pkt. (1/3 cup) Cheddar Beer Dip Mix, unprepared
16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup milk OR 1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fried, crumbled bacon
2 Tbls. fresh or
dried chives
~ With an electric mixer on low speed, beat together dip mixes, cream cheese,
and milk/sour cream; roll into a ball, chill until needed.
~ Mix together bacon and chives; spread evenly onto a large plate or a sheet of
waxed paper.
~ Roll cheeseball in bacon/chive mixture to coat entire ball.
~ Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
