green bell peppers and bursting with Tex-Mex spices. Serve hot or cold.

To make a Dip, beat 1/4 cup mix with: 8 oz. Cream Cheese & 1/2 cup Milk.

2 Tbls. Milk. Serve cold.
To make a Meaty Dip, beat 1/4 cup mix with: 8 oz. Cream Cheese & 1/2 cup Milk
& 1/2 Lb. Browned & Drained Sausage. Serve warm.

Scrumptious finger food with creamy Pepper Jack Cheese and chicken or
turkey, all rolled up in a delectable bite!

Pepperjack Dip Mix,
prepared as directed for spread
(6 - 8) 12" flour tortillas
1/2 - 1 pound thin-sliced roasted deli chicken or turkey
~ With a butter knife or spatula, spread some Pepper Jack Spread over a tortilla to
about 1/8" thick.
~ Arrange chicken or turkey slices in a single layer over the tortilla.
~ Roll up tortilla tightly and set aside.
~ Repeat with remaining ingredients until you run out of meat or spread.
~ Using a sharp knife, slice rolls into 1" sections. Wipe the knife blade with a
damp kitchen towel or paper towel every few slices.
~ Arrange rolls close together on a platter, stacking in a pyramid shape if
necessary.
~ Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Note: Tortillas are more pliable when brought to room temperature first.
Recipe: Mexi-Melt Wontons
Cheesy filling packed with sausage and peppers, fried in a in a crispy won
ton. Chorizo makes 'em spicy!

Pepperjack Dip Mix,
prepared as directed for spread
1/2 pound chorizo sausage, browned, drained of fat
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten
oil for frying
~ Stir sausage into Pepper Jack Spread.
~ Place a scant Tablespoonful of Spread onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
~ Brush egg on the edges of the wrappers, fold over in a triangle shape, and
press to seal edges.
~ Place filled wontons in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with waxed
paper. Freeze wontons completely (takes approx. 1 hour).
~ Deep-fry wontons in 375 degree oil, turning once, until golden brown. Drain on
cooling racks or paper towels.

Morning is not time for chopping vegetable and following complex recipes. Our
dip mix has all the cheese and veggies you need for a quick gourmet breakfast!

Pepperjack Dip Mix,
unprepared
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
2 Tbls. milk or water
~ Whisk together all ingredients. Chill at least 20 minutes.
~ In a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook the
mixture about 3 minutes, until partially set. Flip with a spatula, and continue
cooking 2 - 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
