Recipe: Pizzeria-Style Salad Dressing
Try this vinaigrette on a simple salad of Romaine, tomatoes, and green olives
for a salad everyone will savor!
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbls. Dijon mustard powder
1 1/2 tsp. dried
oregano
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 tsp. roasted granulated garlic
1 1/4 tsp. onion
powder
1 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup olive oil
~ In a sealable bowl or bottle, shake together all ingredients, except olive
oil, until well blended.
~ Shake in olive oil.
~ Chill for 1 hour before serving.
