Dried orange peel granules are a great timesaver when recipes call for orange zest. Use in desserts, salad dressings, and sauces for a light, orangey citrus flavor. We add them to chicken burgers along with chipotle, cumin and cilantro for a spicy, citrus-infused sandwich.
