If you include anything else in the same order as a
"Special Order" item, it will most likely ship with it.
Every once and a while, an item is on back order, but we won't find out about it
until we place our order with the supplier. If that's the case, we'll let you know as soon as we know and give you the option to cancel your order with no restocking fees, etc. You'll
have 24 hours from the time of the e-mailed notification to cancel.
Special Orders are final sales with the exception of the situation in the
previous paragraph. They are also non-refundable for any reason other than
non-receipt. If you haven't sampled the item before opting to buy the case size,
